This Privacy Policy describes how MarginPilot (“Software”) handles
information in connection with your use of the Software. The Software is
intentionally designed to operate with strict data minimization and
without direct communication with proprietary servers.

1. CORE PRINCIPLES

• No personal data collection
• No direct communication with Licensor servers

2. INFORMATION PROCESSED
   
   The Software only processes:

• Machine ID (local only)
• Installation ID (locally generated)

No personal data, content, IP addresses, or analytics are collected.

3. NETWORK USAGE
   
   The Software does not communicate with Licensor
   servers. It only uses NTP servers for time synchronization. No IP
   addresses are collected or stored.
   
   
4. DATA STORAGE
   
   All data remains local to the machine. No remote
   storage exists.
   
   
5. DATA SHARING
   
   No data is shared.
   
   
6. SECURITY
   
   Local safeguards are implemented for integrity.
   
   
7. USER CONTROL
   
   Uninstalling removes all data, when selected by the user.
